When
The Ring put the call out to some of our reviewed cake
and floral designers for some samples of the latest
trends, we got far more than we asked for. About five
days later, our showroom was filled with 14 bouquets, 2
boutonnières, 7 cakes and half a dozen props - all
designed specifically for this article by cake shops and
florists from London to Toronto. We never cease to find
inspiration in the talents and creativity of experts in

staff at The Ring had already attended several events at the
Marconi Club of London well before our interview with
General Manager, Joe DiPietro, and so we knew that this one
was going to be one of our favourites. The goal of the day
was to find a reception hall for our brides that served all
ranges of food, but focused on Italian food. And not just
any Italian food; the kind that is made the morning of your
wedding, by hand, from scratch. We also wanted a hall that
could accommodate some of the larger sized weddings in
